FUNCTION SALES CONTRACT

THIS CONTRACT AGREES THE CONTRACTOR TO PROVIDE THE ABOVE DESCRIBED FUNCTION BASED UPON THE POLICIES AND CONDITIONS AS MET BY THE CLIENT:

The Client hereby agrees to abide by the costs & policies of Cloverleaf Catering as described on the costs & policies page. The client agrees to assume all liability for all food items remaining with the client at the close of the event. The client agrees to assume all liability for all liquor provided by the client, or the client’s event facility for the event. Cloverleaf Catering is not liable for reasonable wear & tear or breakage of customer’s serving items and stemware. Cloverleaf Catering agrees to provide the best possible food and service, based on the parameters & guidelines of your event, as have been discussed with the client. Any cancellation after signing this contract is subject to fees outlined in the costs & policies sheet. Any cancellation of this contract will result in a $500 fee.
