Two staff member per every 50 guests
Setup, maintain, restock, and clean-up the buffet area only
$20 Per Hour / Four Hour Minimum

Full Service Waitstaff


Level One

This person has a minimum of 1 year experience in the hospitality industry, and is qualified in presenting Cloverleaf Foods,washing fine china & stemware, pots & pans and clearing paper products.

$20 Per Hour / Four Hour Minimum

Level Two

This person has a minimum of five years experience in the hospitality industry and is qualified to manage Level One Waitstaff, heat Cloverleaf and/or customer prepared food items, serving or passing food and setting / clearing a buffet table.

$25 Per Hour / Four Hour Minimum

Level Three

Site Manager , Chef, Event Captain, Beverage Station Attendant. This person has over ten years experience in the hospitality industry, Qualified to manage Level One & Two Waitstaff, design food trays, kitchen chef duties, grill chef, carving table meats

$30 Per Hour / Four Hour Minimum

Level Four

Owner or Head Chef on premise for your event
$40 Per Hour / Four Hour Minimum
